We are so excited to be a part of this new concert series. This concert will happen concurrently with the 2026 LGAA Juried Photography Show and Sale reception! Photography, music and a chance to highlight our local artists as well. Local artist and LGAA member Gloria Hood introduced a program to the community to make art more a part of the local scenery in Granbury. She had a vision whereby artists could paint plein air or share their work at a table in Shanley Park. This dream came to fruition for the first time on Mother’s Day of this year. Now, the Shanley Sculpture Garden and Shanley Park Association present a concert series that will also feature art in the park! Artists may draw or paint in the park whenever they like – if an artist chooses to sell or market their work they must have a peddler’s permit with the City of Granbury but for this special event LGAA has partnered with these groups to offer a benefit to LGAA members. LGAA members may set up a small card table, an easel and a chair and LGAA will handle the sales for a commission.
